Pros

ZenProspect is the all-in-one startup that stands above the rest. The culture is carefully curated, the product is an amazing solution and the leaders are mindfully interested in you as an employee. From the inclusive office atmosphere to the raving-happy clients, this startup has it all. We're well funded with great investor support, the current team is full of heavy-hitters with a work ethic unrivaled by most and we're growing so fast! I thought my last gig was great until I had this as a comparison and I have to admit, I'm challenged and fulfilled every day. Looking forward to being with ZP for the long haul. Oh and yeah, the office is dog friendly so that sold me a bit (don't even have a dog).

Cons

The perks are lean (respectable for the stage of company) and there is no encouragement around remote-work culture like at my last company.

Pros

Only the fact that it's remote work, and maybe not even that.

Cons

Not even sure where to start with this company. This is probably one of the most erratic companies I have NOT had the pleasure of being a part of. The lack of structure within job roles is alarming. There were several employees that I worked with who literally had no idea what their true job descriptions were, with the responsibilities and priorities within roles shifting almost daily, leaving people stressed and confused. Upper management is absolutely clueless about the day-to-day, nor do they care to be involved. The expectation is to "just do" and "do it fast" without question, even at the expense of your time, mental health ect. I honestly have never experienced such a company absent a clear framework. They use about 100 different "productivity tools," which makes it close to impossible to work cohesively and produce high-quality work. Everyone is basically operating on their own and "hoping" for successful results. The turnover is super high, and people are leaving left and right, which is a huge red flag. I would not at all recommend this company if you are looking for a place that offers any kind of structure, work-life balance, or an organized environment.
