      - not micromanaged, freedom to work on what I want - flexible work hours, flexible time off - good pay - friendly team mates

      Cons

      - a bit of product indecision, we've recently had a decent amount of churn in the product space due to our CPO leaving

      Pros

      amazing work life balance, amazing documentation, culture is very positive and healthy.

      Cons

      onboarding was a bit hard being an all remote company, with people in different time zones replies can be slow. its fine though for me as an individual contributor - especially once you get going.
