Pros

Most employees were friendly and liked to collaborate, but I had a fundamental operation and mindset conflict with my boss. Pay, benefits ok. The product is simple and great! The problem it addresses has a big market. Josh was awesome.

Cons

1st mo on the job 2 eng quit, one had just left before me. Brandon (CTO) tells me he wouldn't have hired me if he knew i was having a kid because he needed me to work ungodly hours. I was gone by not long after. When proposed a design improvement I was told the way they worked by doing lots of testing and failing rapidly that I should do what I'm told. That's berserk and a waste of resources.
