      Pros

      Strong Team, some of the best consultants in the sector that can help with guiding and training. Work Life balance isn't the best, but the team does come together to support wherever they can.

      Cons

      Not all BUs get the same treatment, and it's not because of the NIM (%) contributions but also just sometimes the comfort of the senior leadership with their understanding of the various BUs within Aon.

      Inconsistent team culture. Some teams feel clique-oriented, so it's difficult for new employees to integrate. Training can be limited, with a strong expectation to learn independently.
