Pros

I work from home, which is great My seniority offers me ample vacation time Decent medical coverage

Cons

No overtime or comp time; although average workweek is 47+ hours No recognition (compensation) for long-service employee milestones Pay could be better for the work I do Constant reorganizations; causes confusion on who you work for No internet reimbursement Bonus payouts in March instead of December

Pros

Great role to transition into the insurance industry. Many resources and opportunities to expand technical knowledge. Client visits are great if you like to travel. Lucky to have a manager who doesn’t micromanage. If you’re organized, driven, and good at communicating you’ll do great.

Cons

Can be stressful at times around busy renewal cycles. Travel often depending on industry and clients.
