      Pros

      Every quarter has a silent hero nominee. Glasses refund. Car insurance against many types of accidents twenty-four hours a day. life-work balance. Respectfull interactions. Easy to ask for flexible hours/ PTOs

      Cons

      Hard to get promotion. Not everything was explained intially on trainings, So I had to learn on my own. At the same time other companies could propose me initially senior positions with 20% higher salary.

      Pros

      Great role to transition into the insurance industry. Many resources and opportunities to expand technical knowledge. Client visits are great if you like to travel. Lucky to have a manager who doesn’t micromanage. If you’re organized, driven, and good at communicating you’ll do great.

      Cons

      Can be stressful at times around busy renewal cycles. Travel often depending on industry and clients.
