      Pros

      Its a great dynamic work place with many wonderful people. They pay for your continuing education which is awesome as I received my CRM designation, AND got a $1,000 bonus for completing it. They take care of their people and provide incredible benefits.

      Cons

      focus on career growth, provide different work to do as doing the same thing over and over becomes repetitive and makes your mind dull. Also focusing on sales training for Account Execs would be useful

      Pros

      Great role to transition into the insurance industry. Many resources and opportunities to expand technical knowledge. Client visits are great if you like to travel. Lucky to have a manager who doesn’t micromanage. If you’re organized, driven, and good at communicating you’ll do great.

      Cons

      Can be stressful at times around busy renewal cycles. Travel often depending on industry and clients.
