Pros
I leave work 5 to 5:30 almost everyday. I work with a small team and have remote access capabilities. Rarely have to work overtime/weekends.
Cons
No training, just thrown right in. Benefits are expensive and not great after first year, ie, deductibles for just about everything even with the most premium options. My premiums and healthcare went up for next year but actual healthcare got worse, and will probably continue to get worse the longer I stay. This is particularly odd since this is an insurance company. they should be able to negotiate costs better.
