      Pros

      Worked in the Regional Finance Team. Learnt a lot in the accounting field. Also communicated with other coworkers in AP. Got the experience and exposure I was looking for. Was a wonderful experience overall.

      Cons

      Everyone was extremely friendly, however, didn't end up meeting people my age. My level of interaction with the other departments was minimal and I did not get to network with other executives as much as I would have liked to or expected.

      Pros

      Great role to transition into the insurance industry. Many resources and opportunities to expand technical knowledge. Client visits are great if you like to travel. Lucky to have a manager who doesn’t micromanage. If you’re organized, driven, and good at communicating you’ll do great.

      Cons

      Can be stressful at times around busy renewal cycles. Travel often depending on industry and clients.
