Pros

Overall great place to work. I think anyone without some type of insurance industry experience would probably struggle quite a bit at first. Having almost 8 years coming here was definitely helpful especially with all the different systems they have , acronyms they love to use and sizable accounts they carry.

Cons

Can get overwhelming some days depending on how many accounts you manage or daily activities going on but that’s not new to me.

Pros

Great role to transition into the insurance industry. Many resources and opportunities to expand technical knowledge. Client visits are great if you like to travel. Lucky to have a manager who doesn’t micromanage. If you’re organized, driven, and good at communicating you’ll do great.

Cons

Can be stressful at times around busy renewal cycles. Travel often depending on industry and clients.
