Pays well If you can get a promotion. Better benefits the longer you stay. Good people are hired.
Cons
Extremely high turnover (30% in 2016, 25% in 2017). Low morale. Suburban office locations. Cubicles for everyone regardless of level. No flexibility in workday hours especially for entry level colleagues.
