      Plenty of opportunity to learn and move

      Cons

      The company's goal is to take on work from clients and stabilize it so it can be offshored. If you are not moving up in the company it is only a matter of time before your position is eliminated too.

      Clearly defined career ladder Exposure to a wide range of clients and projects.

      Inconsistent team culture. Some teams feel clique-oriented, so it's difficult for new employees to integrate. Training can be limited, with a strong expectation to learn independently.
