      Informal working environment People (it was the best part of my experience) Most of the colleagues are aged 20-27 You are rarely bored and actually feel like doing something useful

      Staff turnover Low salaries It all depends on the client your are working for. 1 month induction training leaves you unprepared.

      Inconsistent team culture. Some teams feel clique-oriented, so it's difficult for new employees to integrate. Training can be limited, with a strong expectation to learn independently.
