      Pros

      They offer very flexible working arrangements, lots of autonomy in roles, great colleagues to work with and as a global organisation great breadth across a subject area.

      Cons

      Too many management layers, as a global organisation this means that they are too slow to change, react to the market and what is expected. Still not fully integrated as a one Aon - too many silo's

      Clearly defined career ladder Exposure to a wide range of clients and projects.

      Cons

      Inconsistent team culture. Some teams feel clique-oriented, so it's difficult for new employees to integrate. Training can be limited, with a strong expectation to learn independently.
