      Pros

      An excellent place to work, staff were fully supportive and encouraged development by involving the interns in important projects. They encourage and support staff to obtain insurance certificates. Salary is generous.

      Already under review, but in need of a younger work force.

      Clearly defined career ladder Exposure to a wide range of clients and projects.

      Cons

      Inconsistent team culture. Some teams feel clique-oriented, so it's difficult for new employees to integrate. Training can be limited, with a strong expectation to learn independently.
