Pros

There is no big pressure and tight deadlines, some managers are relaxed and understanding (or they don't care much). There are some good social events, but I suppose this is a trend among all companies now

Cons

No transparency about salaries, you might wake up one day and realise a more junior colleague that does less job got an increase of 15k - this happened on numerous occasions. They also tend to promote people that talk the talk, happens also that the person that has been promoted over you, still comes to you for questions and help. It is quite frustrating and depressing, hence the huge turnover for the last few years. Very few managers are actually qualified and able to manage people. There are a number of managers which's employees refuse to acknowledge them as their managers, people manage themselves better. Salaries are miserable, yet the more junior new joiners they take in lately are on much higher salaries that most of the senior employees that work there for over 2 years. Too many project managers and scrum masters, leadership team tends to vale more the time on planning and meetings that the actual work, hence if you spend more time in meeting and pretend to be busy by staying late in work (you can watch movies on youtube, as no one checks the actual work you do), you are more likely to get promoted. Constructive (if not even bad) feedback from stakeholders is usually ignored, they tend to turn a blind eye on complaints from the clients and repeat like a mantra that what they do is correct and good. In general, there is no culture in this place. Some people are trying to create a nice culture, but managers and employees who suck up to them ruin it all
