      Pros

      Recognition to hard work is something I can say without much thinking. It is my first company and love to have such employer in the initial stage of my Carrier. If you are willing to work, you should join this organisation....your work will be recognised and no need to be chap-lose with your manager to make points....

      Cons

      Night shift is the only thing that I can tell is something if you don"t want to be into. Apart from this there are minor things which I don't want to mention here because they are saying like paper dipped into water I.e it dissolves in water after some time. Thanks

      Pros

      Great role to transition into the insurance industry. Many resources and opportunities to expand technical knowledge. Client visits are great if you like to travel. Lucky to have a manager who doesn’t micromanage. If you’re organized, driven, and good at communicating you’ll do great.

      Cons

      Can be stressful at times around busy renewal cycles. Travel often depending on industry and clients.
