      Pros

      Great management, the ability to work outdoors and enjoy a free golf membership for the year. You can work a variety of positions, from beverage cart driver to pro shop staff to wedding bartender.

      Cons

      This is a seasonal job and the golf season is usually April to October, so you need to seek other employment for the winter. No other real cons, except maybe for cleaning bathrooms!

      Inconsistent team culture. Some teams feel clique-oriented, so it's difficult for new employees to integrate. Training can be limited, with a strong expectation to learn independently.
