Some of the best health benefits around, very affordable, paid vacation after just 6 months, and more after a year.
Cons
Management expects way too much out of a group of employees that never received formal training. This company may pay well, but is known for terrible /non-existent training for employees, and this place is a revolving door, employee turnover rate is terrible. If you are hourly and get overtime it may be worth it to work 6-7 days a week but salary employees get walked on so bad here. This company is very demanding and hardly shows gratitude to the people running this place.
