They are just stepping on everyone to promote their own careers. Bad decisions on who they put in certain positions. Certain positions can expect to work and travel non stop. Turnover of key positions has been higher than industry norms. General feeling of employees is run as fast as you can. Everyone that has left is happier, more successful and appreciated in their new positions. Customers are annoyed with the company.

Multiple systems with bad data. No problem solving only finger pointing. Expect to work 7 days/ week. Culture is toxic. Peers require 12 hour days, 6-7 days per week, no end in sight.
