Pros
The insurance is great and the working conditions are pretty good. I've certainly worked in worse places before. They throw picnics and have cookouts for the employees pretty regularly so they certainly know how to take care of us.
Cons
It gets really hot during the summer, but that is to be expected as half the jobs put you near a hot press. I think the worst thing about working here is how much you are exposed to fiberglass.
