I had the opportunity to work with several capable and dedicated colleagues during my time at the company. Many team members were supportive and committed to doing their best work. I appreciated the chance to learn from talented individuals across different teams and gain exposure to a variety of projects and responsibilities.

This review reflects my personal experience while working at the company. For me, the work environment and leadership style were not a good fit. I found the culture difficult to navigate and felt that the overall environment did not align with the collaborative and transparent workplace I value. Communication and expectations sometimes felt contradictory from my perspective, which made it challenging to feel confident about priorities and direction. Because of that, the role was not the right long-term fit for me.
