Leadership here is among the most disengaged I’ve experienced. The company operates with an outdated mindset that may have worked decades ago, but clearly no longer fits today’s environment. Recent turnover has been unusually high, including departures at senior levels, which raises concerns about stability and direction. Morale feels low, and there’s little indication that meaningful change is happening. Summary: An organization struggling to adapt, with declining morale and high turnover. Prospective employees should take a careful and critical look before joining.

This review reflects my personal experience while working at the company. For me, the work environment and leadership style were not a good fit. I found the culture difficult to navigate and felt that the overall environment did not align with the collaborative and transparent workplace I value. Communication and expectations sometimes felt contradictory from my perspective, which made it challenging to feel confident about priorities and direction. Because of that, the role was not the right long-term fit for me. Anyone considering an opportunity there should take time to ask detailed questions during the interview process about culture, communication style, and expectations to determine whether it aligns with what they are looking for in a workplace.
