Flexibility and autonomy around schedules. Opportunity to be ambitious, creative, and entrepreneurial if you've got it in you, but no requirement to be.

Salaries & bonuses are lower than other firms doing similar work. Pro of work/life balance makes up for this. Some in leadership have been in their seats a long, long, long time. Leads one to wonder if we can be as innovative as competition requires.
