      If you are an unambitious white male, this is the company for you!

      Cons

      Antea Group is composed of old people who are bad at their jobs, combined with entry level people who never learn how to be good at theirs. There are no processes, no standards, and good work is not done. They simply fast talk their clients and BS them, that's the whole business. It's like if a group of used car salesmen decided to open an environmental consulting company for some reason. Oh yeah - NO diversity.

      You get to be exposed to a lot of different work if you fit in.

      Cons

      This company preaches health and safety, but as soon as you speak up, you get met with grief and questioning. Senior consultants and managers who have been with the firm for 20+ years defiantly forgot where they came from. They will remind you of how good you have it and how hard it was for them in the day.
