Pros

A. If you ever question something, you can always reach out to one of the amazing trainers like Julie! They truly want to help you be successful and will be there to assist you along the way. B. Most positions happen from the comfort of your own home which saves on commute time, break meal costs, and cleanliness aspects (especially when there is a virus on the loose).

Cons

A. Your interactions will most likely be different in each interaction and could include all types of tones and words. Just remember the way you help is by getting their information to the person with the power to help. You are just the messenger most times. B. Most positions happen from the comfort of your own home and it can be a distraction in many ways. C. If the internet goes down, so do you.

Great company, great people to work with. Flexible schedule, and great management.

Cons

Call volume can be hectic and the script can be rigid at times. Also, pay can be better.
