It was good process to build repore with the interviewer to make a first impression while answering questions. The interviewer does give insight on the company, and offer knowledge on what you’re going to do on the day to day basis.

I was asked to complete an assessment, then a few days later I was invited to a scheduled zoom interview. It was a pretty standard interview, with normal questions. I was given helpful and specific information about the job/company, such as in regard to schedule, pay, job task expectations, benefits, etc. About a week and a half after the interview, I was asked to begin training in a few weeks.
