      Pros

      Flexible schedule. Great part time job. They try to work around your schedule but will also give you more hours when they can. Easy to pick up hours as a fill in.

      Cons

      Weekends are required. It is hard to move forward to other positions once you get to a full time CSA. Pay in this industry is not very good. Expecting people to work weekends and be available should get them a little better compensation.

      People were friendly. Office was nice environment. Low stress.

      Everything else involving the job. Constant, non stop calls with zero chance to breathe
