Pros
If you're absolutely desperate for a job, then you can make money. So that's good I suppose. It's alright if you are looking for something temporary.
Cons
They will lie to you in the interview. If they say you will get 40 hours per week, you most likely will not. If they say you will only have to work two weekends a month, that's not true at all. You will very rarely get two days off in a row, and you're lucky if one is on the weekend. Will give you crappy hours. No work/private life balance. They give you your shift schedules sometimes a day in advance, even less than 24 hours in advance. Trust me, you can find a better job elsewhere.
