Management is very bad. Emp will not stay for more than 1-2 years. Only mangers and their favorite's grows Instead of promoting only managers and their favorite's. Promote real talent. Attrition rate speak about company. (Bangalore team needs change there attitude towards emp) or they will lose most of the project. Kiran Guruswamy - Do you even check why emp's are leaving company within few weeks , months and year. Exit interview feedback should be reviewed by top management, else this company will see its fall, just because few undeserving managers, associate managers, Sr mangers and Director.
