      Free food can't outweigh the complicated onboarding process

      Well you get free food, that's the only pros I think.

      Cons

      - The whole process is very complicated, you might me thinking that you have joined Annalect, then you get offer from different company and they assign you with another agency which again you have to get onboarded. Very complex.
