      Pros

      The work-life balance was good and so was my salary. The work was also interesting. The clients were also wonderful.

      Cons

      The leadership team were really difficult and I alway felt intimidated by them especially the community nursing people. This place has a really strong bullying culture and unfortunately it comes from the nursing side of things. Not all nurses are your friends.

      Diversity, provides opportunity to serve the community

      Cons

      Management does not know what they are doing; senior leaders who are in Darwin do not care about their staff in the remote sites. They are good at keeping the Anglicare NT reputation looking good, but very contrasting to what is happening on the ground. Lots of politics going on. If you are not in, senior leaders will find a way for you to leave the organisation.
