I applied in-person. I interviewed at Anglicare NT in Aug 2016
Interview
Panel of 3 asking questions in turn, great friendly environment. Started with general interview questions before asking role specific questions and asking for example to show how skills were used.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Anglicare NT (Darwin)
Interview
Position was advertised, I was interviewed by the line manager/ agency director, a peer and a client. Friendly well paced interview respectfully conducted. Interview flowed well overall and had an informality which made it interactive with a sense of both parties exploring the potential of each other. I saw some other applicants coming and going so could have been a bit more discreet.

Question 1
Some case studies were used to seek responses but they were too complex/not well constructed so needed to be unpacked and reframed by lead interviewer. Good balance of opportunity to respond and ask questions. Questions behaviourally and relationship orientated focused on assessing organisational fit.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Anglicare NT in May 2011
Interview
Currently it is a friendly team, who are quite content It is difficult to comment on the interview process as when I was hired I already worked within the organisation and it became apparent that the team leader was running the program as she wanted. That has now changed and I believe the most recent staff went through two interviews, with the executive manager of this program and a panel including two others. The executive manager is lovely but hard to read.

Question 1
I had no difficult question. They questioned about my family commitment and what that would mean in regards to travel. I answered this honestly and it has never been an issue.
