(Customers have been complaining for years about their practices). Instead of acknowledging that they coached us to sell in a problematic manner, they incorporated guidelines and put everyone who violates it on probation. •The company in 2022 changed our payment schedule, which resulted in the entire sales organization under paying taxes. They notified the entire org. About it @ 5:30pm on a Friday night last November and they knew for months. This resulted in ALOT of people owing anywhere from $1,000 up to $50,000 in back taxes. •the company pretends to have integrity, the background check company we use has some security flaws and the check can be circumvented which at one point allowed hundreds of contractors to join the platform who were not able to be screened properly. There was no mention of or discipline for the sales team who exploited this hole. This was in 2022.
