Good product but plenty of competitors that are doing the same thing who are more stable and have a better track record of employee retention
Cons
-sales reps exceeding quota have left due to poor management
-a current rep was asked if he could get paid his quarterly commission in installments instead of a lump sum (potential financial issues)
-misogynistic comments made about clients who attended Anduin events
-CEO spent the entire time at the company offsite playing chess on his phone, also was frequently camera off on walks during company meetings
-not enough support for clients
-hostility (ceo addressed condescending tone from male to female employees but nothing was ever done)
