Cons
* Growing pains, this is not necessarily a con, and very typical for a growing company. Building out processes and growing with the numbers takes a bit of time to catch up, but the company is definitely iterating and adapting to become more mature in all areas! The US team has grown significantly in the last year and I’m excited to track their continued success!
