      The owner is a wonderful person with a great family. background. And there are still a few great manager there. In Lexus and Mercedes.

      New leadership just chasing money not concerned about good customer relations or good employee relations anymore.

      Experienced staff and excellent manager that is always striving to provide the best experience for the guest as well as take care of the staff.

      Cons

      No appointment needed for service philosophy sometimes creates very busy check in and long wait times.
