      At one time it was a World-Class organization but now it is just another automotive group.

      The owner is a wonderful person with a great family. background. And there are still a few great manager there. In Lexus and Mercedes.

      Cons

      New leadership just chasing money not concerned about good customer relations or good employee relations anymore.

      Laid back atomosphere. Management leaves you alone for the most part. People at work are friendly

      Very stuck in their ways. Not doing business in the modern work. Tough to advance.
