Pros
The shifts were great for someone like me who likes to do things outside of work. With a four-on/four-off schedule, there wasplenty of time to get out and do things! After reading reviews from some others, I felt it only fair to add some comments about HR. With one person in the department, I'm not sure what some of these others were expecting. She was there at all hours and always tried to help everyone as quick as she could. I think maybe there's just a difference between giving answers and giving the answers you wanted to hear.
Cons
Lower deductibles on health insurance and getting paid out for vacation you didn't take would have helped me rate this as a five.
