Pros
Work-Life balance: Work ours are typical, usually home by 7pm each night at the latest. Enjoyable staff: Most, if not all, staff is friendly and easy to work with.
Cons
Unstable management. Properties tend to change management often leaving Leasing Consultants working alone for an uncertain amount of time. Low hourly pay: Commission isn't bad but the hourly pay is low, leaves the winter months hard to manage.
