Paid Time Off Health Benefits with a medical reimbursement program Management flexible within reason when personal situations occur My manager is really nice, the office atmosphere is friendly and makes me look forward to coming to work

Growing pains from the company getting larger. Sometimes it can be confusing on a policy/procedure or who to go to since the company is continuing to build/grow in size which can sometimes delay in getting an answer about something Very busy in the summertime, not as busy in the winter
