Pros
I am a Technical Recruiter for a satellite office for Anchor Point and I have worked here a little over a year! I have really been able to grow my professional skill set and they really allow for career growth! I have had the opportunity to push into a sales role and still actively recruit for local talent. They give great advice and there is a strong connection between each of the offices! There have been A LOT of changes within the company since the beginning of the year and everyone has stepped up as a team to handle and grow through the changes! The account managers in Indy are very smart and led well! Anchor Point has several mentoring personality who have made me do my job better and helped me succeed!
Cons
The hours are long, but that comes with the Technical Recruiting world! You have to be willing to put in the time when your candidates are able to speak after work hours!
