If you think of workplace safety and regulatory compliance as merely nuisance window dressing to fool those rascally regulators then; ALL ABOARD! If you've helped run other publicly funded railroad into bankruptcy, become an Amtrak manager. If you're a bully who likes to threaten employees who dare to report safety concern, then there's a foreman position waiting for you! If none of this appeals to you; GO TO WORK FOR A REAL RAILROAD!
