      Pros

      Some people do well, it's like Vegas, more of a gamble every month, and usually you lose.

      Cons

      Base salary is very low, you get a lot of useless leads that you cannot assist. Takes up most of your time so you cannot do anything else. Dealing with rude people. Management gas lights you instead of giving advice.

      Remote/hybrid position Great hours Good compensation No cold calling No chargebacks No weekends or evenings Snacks/coffee provided in office Lots of “overtime” if you choose to Great benefits

      Cons

      Can feel very monotonous, or repetitive. Must start out on the PM shift in office before eligible for AM shift, and to work from home.
