Went to the building and sat down and was explained how the process worked and what my job would entail. The "get excited" part about working for the company. I then had to take skills tests and fill out another paper application and then wait another 20 minutes for the manager to come in. After all that she told me that she was concerned I didn't fit what they were looking for but I had done that job for 3 years at another company. I knew I wasn't getting the job but what I found unprofessional was that before I even opened the door to leave the building she was already talking about me to the lady at the front desk about how I didn't fit.
I applied online. I interviewed at Amone (Orlando, FL) in Aug 2017
Interview
It was good, but they should have at least called or emailed to inform that I was not hired. I think it would of been a good opportunity. You work mon - thurs and sat.. you are off fridays and sundays (afternoon shift from 11am to 10pm. building was hard to find. I just think it was unprofessional that they did not have decency to call back or email even if it was just to say they found a better candidate.
you do have to take a 15 min evaluation inside of a very hot room w no AC and that is for them to decide whether you are fit for the job or not.

Where do you see yourself in 5 yrs
why are you looking for a new job
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Amone in Dec 2015
Interview
It was very sloppy. Recruiter called to conduct a phone interview for screening purposes. Asked questuns concerning my resume, duties, and education. Did not really allowed to expand my answers. Was short in her communcation. It was a ver cut and dry interview.
At AmOne, our interview process for the Customer Service Representative position starts with a quick, five minute screening over the phone. The goal of this phone call is to briefly learn a little more about the candidate than what is on their resume and determine if an in-person interview is a good next step. We do not use this phone call to go into great detail or specifics about the candidate. If it is determined that an in-person interview is in fact a good next step, a more detailed question and answer conversation would follow.
