Pros

Biggest mistake to join this organisation. This organisation makes sure to pay you less and give you more mental health issues . They have very good scamming policies which are beneficial only for themselves.

Cons

You will be forced to work on weekends without paying extra or giving comoff. Also beyond working hours on daily basis with a very low salary. There's a lot of favouritism and partial behaviour of management. Managers are the most cheap politics players and make sure to interfere in employee's private life and torture them. This organisation is not at all good for female employees with 0 facilities and security for them.

Pros

The leadership team is genuinely supportive and provides clear vision and direction. Lots of amazing people. I built excellent working relationships across departments, and the collaborative culture made managing projects easier. Their software is really good and keeps getting better. Company appreciates innovation. Great long term career possibility. The company is clearly growing and provides chances to professionally grow and actually provides real advancement opportunities. They have a strong track record of promoting from within, so there's a clear career path if you perform well. The company culture values teamwork and professional development.

Cons

There can be some growing pains with processes still being refined.

Pros

Project managers know what they're doing and champion work. Working on an internal knowledgebase.

Cons

Shareholders and upper management have no concept of providing consistent expectations. Codebase is a mess with no prioritization of tackling tech debt. New versions of products don't address any code smells, anti patterns, known issues, or tech debt - just slap a few extra features on it and charge customers for the upgrade. Also waaaaay too enthusiastic about slapping AI on everything with no clear direction.
