We also appreciate your feedback regarding the challenges you experienced with campaign structure and leads. We understand how important it is to have fair goals and opportunities across teams. Our model is designed to reward performance and create a clear path for growth, and many team members have seen great success within this structure. That said, we recognize that this type of environment may not align with everyone’s expectations or preferred work style, and that’s okay. New agents are intentionally placed in foundational queues to build core skills in a live environment. From there, advancement is merit based; those who perform well move quickly into higher yield campaigns. This structure is designed to be fair, transparent, and driven by performance.
