Pros
Some coworkers were supportive, and the job itself could have been fulfilling under better leadership.
Cons
The overall environment was one of the most unprofessional and unsafe I’ve ever experienced. There were multiple serious concerns reported about inappropriate behavior by management pleasuring himself and calling women he managed, and despite employees raising these issues through the proper channels, nothing meaningful was done to protect staff. It created a workplace where many of us felt uncomfortable, unheard, and unprotected. Work-life balance was nonexistent. The expectation was to work long hours with no regard for personal time, and constant pressure made the job incredibly stressful. Threats of termination direct or impliedwere used frequently, creating a culture of fear rather than support. There were also consistent bait-and-switch tactics regarding job duties, compensation, and expectations. What was promised during hiring did not match the reality of the position, and attempts to seek clarification or improvement were dismissed.
