      The work is meaningful and rewarding and opportunities to travel when disasters happen and make great friendships.

      Cons

      Terrible pay for the amount of work expected. No overtime or bonus pay. Work practices/policies are always changing and go in circles. It can be very stressful work and many employees don't handle it well and the worst can come out in them. Very top heavy management, you'll have 5 bosses minimum.

Data sources are inconsistent (legacy .xls files, manual exports requiring conversion), so expect clean-up work.
