12yThank you for your review. We are always thrilled to hear that our employees find their work to be rewarding. As with most non-profits, we strive to be good stewards of our donors’ funds while also rewarding our employees for their longevity with and contribution to the organization. It can be a challenging balance; however, we realize that good talent must be fairly compensated and will continue to make improvements to our salary and benefits packages.
